Stock control for installers
Stock control for vans and warehouses
One system for the warehouse and every van. Set minimum levels, get alerts before you run out, know which shelf an item lives on, and print barcode and QR labels so everything can be scanned.
Set a minimum for each item on each van and in each warehouse. A daily email lists everything that’s below its minimum.
Run a main warehouse and branch stores. Each van restocks from its own home warehouse, and requests go to the right one.
Record where each item lives in the warehouse, so pickers go straight to the right shelf.
Give every item a short code and print labels in a choice of sizes from your computer. Scan them with the phone camera.
Move stock from the warehouse to vans, or van to van. Both counts update at once and the move is logged.
Every scan, request and transfer is recorded, so you can see where stock went.
From the shelf to the van, counted all the way
Stock control only works if the numbers are right. Scanning does the counting, minimum levels do the remembering, and labels make sure every item can be found and scanned.

Questions
Do I need to buy label printers?
No. Labels print from your computer onto standard label sheets, using your normal printer.
Can items without barcodes be labelled?
Yes. Each item gets its own short code, and you print a barcode or QR label for it.
Can I have more than one warehouse?
Yes. Add as many as you need. Each warehouse can have its own email address for alerts and requests.
