Van stock control for electrical contractors

Cable, fittings, breakers, consumer units and consumables add up quickly across a fleet of vans. My Van Stock shows what each electrician is carrying, so you buy less, lose less and finish more jobs first time.

Every van’s stock, live

See exactly what each electrician is carrying from the office or the road, instead of waiting for the yearly stock check.

Scan parts off against jobs

Electricians scan or search for a part as they fit it. No paperwork, and the van count is right straight away.

Minimum levels and alerts

Set a minimum for the things you can’t be without, such as 6A breakers, clips and glands. You’re emailed when stock drops below it.

Top up from the warehouse

Electricians request what’s short and the warehouse picks it ready. The office can also move parts between vans on the day.

Stop paying trade counter prices for things you already own

Small, fast-moving parts are the ones that vanish between the warehouse and the job. A live count per van means you reorder from the wholesaler in bulk, on your terms, not next-day at full price.

Questions

Does it work with the parts I already use?

Yes. You add your own items, with their barcodes or part numbers, and set a minimum level for each.

Do electricians need a barcode scanner?

No. The phone camera scans barcodes. A USB or Bluetooth scanner also works if you have one.

How much does it cost?

£150 one-off setup, then £30 a month for 1 admin and 3 vans, and £10 a month for each extra van. Every feature is included.
