Book stock in, log parts used on each job and count the van, all by scanning the barcode with the phone camera.

Set a minimum quantity for each van. Anything below it shows up on the restock list, ready to load from the warehouse.

Engineers send stock requests from site. The office gets an email and loads the van in one tap.

Enter their name to see their username. They'll be asked to choose their own password the first time they sign in.

Import from ADI or Mayflex

Export your order history or price list from the ADI or Mayflex website as CSV, then paste it here or choose the file. Columns headed description, part number or product code, barcode or EAN, brand or manufacturer, and cost or price are recognised. Existing products are updated by part number or barcode.
